Friends Donates Digital Books

During the Covid-19 pandemic, Pima County Public Library saw more than a 400% increase in the use of eBooks and audiobooks! While they were a great way to continue providing books when the library was closed, libraries pay 3-5 times above retail prices for eBook access. Friends of the Kirk-Bear Canyon Library was happy to give $10,000 for the purchase of additional eBooks and audiobooks. Our members helped make this possible with their membership dues, donations, and purchases at Friends book sales.

Thank you for your support. Click here to learn more about the library’s ebooks, and here to learn about audiobooks. Keep on reading!
